This property has beautiful trails through out. The property is a mixture of aspen, white pines, spruce, cedar and jackpine. The trails on the property were being used by the deer as well. I've found on most lands deer are like humans when they feel safe they also like to take the path of least resistance. These old logging trails would be great locations for food plots and great area's to hunt with a rifle or bow. There was plenty of very fresh deer sign in many areas of this property. The deer were also traveling along the edge of the timber and lowground areas these act as natural edges. Likely places to ambush that old wise buck that comes out of the safety of the swamps when the pressure pushes them to the thick stuff. There are also some beautiful building sites for a cabin on the property. The area has thousands of acres of public to walk trails for grouse and hunt. Approx. 12 miles from Tower and Lake Vermilion. Hundreds of great lakes in this area of MN.
