Lots of deer sign!! It seemed like everywhere I walked there were deer trails, droppings and bedding areas. There would be opportunities to hunt deer, bear, and grouse here. The property has a great mix of high and low as well as a mix of timber types and ages. The timber is a mix of majority aspen, with black spruce and some ash in a couple areas. The terrain has slight rolls to it creating the high areas along the low where the deer where keying in on. The property was surveyed in 2016 and is marked well with steel posts and no tresspassing signs. The southern border is currently owned by Potlach and has been logged recently creating excellent deer forage. With some work you could really make this place an awesome property! Right across the road is a large chunk of state land also!! This property is also within about 18 miles of Hibbing and Chisholm. Plus lots of lakes nearby towards the north and northwest.
